Job for Assistant Brand Manager Talkshawk at Telenor, Islamabad

Overview
Essentially the Assistant Brand Manager will come from a leading FMCG or Telecom background and will have a strong track record in brand management. You will also ideally have 360 degree launch management experience & and be able to effectively multitask in the dynamic telecom industry. He/she should be able to meet deadlines in a high stress environment. The role also includes assisting the Brand Manger in developing a yearly brand strategy plan, and leading all ATL marketing campaigns.You will also be responsible for conducting pre & post launch analysis and implementation of Brand Architeture & Positioning. You will be expected to work with diverse teams, manage people & be creative in your approach.

Work Location: Islamabad
Experience Required:
3 to 4 years of work experience, of which atleast 1 year in the same capacity in a well reputed Telecom or FMCG

Key Responsibilities
• Delivery of Annual Brand Plans; Brand Health, Turnover & ARPU.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of Talkshawk’s evolution in the pre-paid segment of Pakistan’s Telecom Industry.
• Develop thorough consumer/industry understanding & help generate ideas that further build brand credentials in line with strtegic growth plan.
• Liasoning with segments/VAS teams to design & implement various offers, VAS & tactical offers that fuel brand growth.
• Read, analyze and synergize learnings from various sources of information like Business Intelligence Reports, Brand Health Trackers, Trafiic, ARPU & churn analysis.
• Generate Consumer Insights and translate these into action programs that build brand preference or tap new users.
• Assist the Brand Manager in developing Market Plans, Brand Strategies, Communication Development & Deployment, Brand Portfolio Analysis, Target Audience Profiling, Consumer Insight Generation etc.
• Leading Brand Activation
• Managing Marketing Budgets
• Gain deep understanding of the competitors strategy & working.
• Closely monitor the successful ideas in the regional/global Telecom markets and evaluate them for local implementation.
• Closely work with diverse reams like Business Intelligence, Segments, VAS, Trade Marketing, Research, and other 3Ps like Creative & Media agencies, Activation agencies etc. to ensure timely delivery and implemetation of brand plans.

Education/Professional Qualification:
4 years BBA/ MBA from a reputed local/foreign University
