Overview
The Assistant Brand Manager shall have primary responsibility to manage the Brand strategy, marketing communication and execution of the brand. The candidate needs to be a well groomed person with stable personality and career history. He or she should be able to work under great stress and should posses the experience, ability and qualifications to meet the brand management challenges, work with diverse teams, manage people and think out of the box
Reports To: Brand Manager Djuice
Work Location: Islamabad
Experience Required
3-4 years of marketing work experience in FMCG or telecom industry

Key Responsibilities
• Developing Brand strategies and achieving brand objectives
• Developing and implementation of marketing plan
• Responsible for the planning, coordinating, follow-ups and monitoring of advertising & promotional activities for the brand in close coordination with marketing services group & the advertising agency
• Strategic analysis of brand and competition
• Brand tracking and aligned research functions
• Brand equity management and brand activation.
• Building brand equity and brand activation
• Optimal utilization of marketing budget
• Brand Partner activities
• Identifying & coming up with campaigns that are critical to achieve the desired brand positioning, sales, revenue and activation targets
• Assessing market needs for renovation and innovation in communication and developing consumer and trade marketing activities

Education/Professional Qualification
MBA/ Business degree with relevant marketing qualification from a reputed institute
