Project Coordinator: - Strengthening Humanitarian Assistance
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementation, monitoring and management of Quality & Accountability (Q & A) including Humanitarian Accountability Partnership (HAP) and Sphere;
- Conducting and facilitating trainings on Q&A;
- Review, planning, monitoring and evaluation of activities;
- Exploring funding opportunities an developing proposals to raise funds;
- Networking and coordination with partners;
- Provide regular SHA reporting and updates;
- Supervising and coaching the SHA team members;
- Financial Management and budget controlling of Projects.
Profile We Seek:
- A master degree form recognized university in considered necessary;
- 6-8 years experience in Q&A especially strong knowledge in HAP and Sphere Standards is considered necessary.
- Experience in Program management, proposal development and reporting;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong coordination and staff management skills;
- Strong financial management.
