Create layouts, templates, cards, letterheads, brochure and other designing required by organization.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Liaising closely with a customer or client at the design stage.
- Producing a design that will be attractive to the target user, has a logical navigation system and has all the features required.
- Writing web pages in a combination of codes, such as HTML and XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Action script, Flash, or using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver.
- Deciding on how images and other material will be digitally optimized and presented for the web.
- Testing the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions.
-Integrating verbal content with site design for final product.

Technical Skills.

- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Suite.
- Must have a sound portfolio and excellent flair for design.
- Knowledge of Web 2.0 standards and ability to design unique web graphics in Web 2.0.
- Ability to think out of the box and come up with innovative designs.
- XHTML and CSS knowledge would be a plus.
- Good English language skills.
- Experience of managing own projects and time scales.

Soft Skills:

- 2+ years of Web Design experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Conceptual work methodology.
- Pro active approach and highly motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure.
