Sales & Customer Services Officer in Telenor - Hyderabad

Position Purpose: To ensure that state of the art customer service is provided to all customers. Work as a team player in a harmonized manner.

Area of Interest: Sales & Distribution
Location: Hyderabad

Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors
Experience Required: Relevant Experience would be preferred

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer service related activities are being done with in bench marked time.
  • Achieving the S&CS monthly revenue targets.
  • Do the suggestive selling to the visiting subscribers .
  • Ensuring top of the line customer relationship management.
  • Adhere to administration requirements and discipline at the S&CS.
  • Working as a team player in a harmonized manner.
