Job Responsibilities:- Prepare, verify and develop the detail and cost estimate, BOQ, specification and assessment report of facilities to be rehabilitated or reconstructed.
- Monitoring of work to maintain quality and time line.
- Field visit in each facilities before the major construction work such as ; before foundation laying; plinth beam casting, tie beam casting, roof erection.
- Develop the monthly report and send to Program Manager & Construction Advisor.
- Ensure the quality of material and work by following up the contractors testing as per specification.
- Verify the measurement books as per work done on site and recommend the payment.
- Update the financial status- expenditures and provide cash projection of projects.

Required Qualification & Experience:- Advanced Degree in Engineering (Accredited with the Pakistan Engineering Council).
- Sector experience 5 years total work experience 7 years.
- Proficiency in computer software i.e. Auto CAD & MS office.
- Familiarity with earthquake resistant design.
- Knowledge in prefabricated structures.
