Flight Agents (TSR).
A handsome basic salary along with the commissions will be offered.
Job details are as follows:
-UK based inbound campaign.
-Dealing with inbound calls from customers who ask for airticket fares.
-Searching cheap available fares from the system.
-Bargaining with he customer against the fares and convincing them for sale.
-Entering the booking data in the database.
-Followup the booking untill the booking process is cleared.

Required Skills
- be fluent in english and strong understanding of british acsent. (If not excellent in english speaking then please dont apply.)
- have strong communication and marketing skills along with the excellent convincing power.
- have Hand on experience on air ticketing softwares like WorldSpan GO (a short training would be offered to those who are strong in english and are quick learners).
- have good computer skills like data entery, emailing and internet surfing.
- have ability to achieve set targets. Must be confident, hardworking, dedicated and self-motivated.
