Qualification & Experience:

- BCS/BS in Computer Sciences, B.E in Computer Engineering-MCS/MS in Computer Sciences will be preferred. 

- Candidate must be willing and able to take full responsibility for a project or task from concept to completion with minimal supervision. 

- He/She must also have a desire to collaborate, share ideas, and works towards common business goals.

Software Engineer

- Develop software, write code and do low level analysis of the module given to them.
- Perform unit testing of the source code produced.
- To understand the requirements fully before converting it to source code.
- Fix errors generated after bugs raised and issued.
- Programming skills in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX.
- MS Certification and experience on developing Insurance applications will be a plus.
- Database Programming (Stored Procedures, T-SQL) with MS SQL Server 2005 or later.
- Analytical Skills with Good level of Communication and Presentation Skills.

Qualification & Experience: 

- Minimum two years of Hands on Experience on above mentioned skills. 

- BCS/BS in Computer Sciences, B.E in Computer Engineering-MCS/MS in Computer Sciences will be preferred.

Sr. SQA Engineer

- Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans and other QA assessments.
- Establishes standards and best practices for QA Process.
- Develops automated/manual testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data set.
- Ensures that all items follow the change management process and are entered and tracked through the change management software.
- Works directly with BA personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach of software development projects.
- Act as a consultant on quality methods, processes, and tools.
- Able to work independently.
- Manages assigned projects from IT Quality Testing through final User Acceptance Testing.
- Track and report defects using appropriate tools.

Qualification & Experience: 

- Minimum 4 years of Hands on Experience on above mentioned skills. 

- BCS/BS in Computer Sciences, B..E in Computer Engineering-MCS/MS in Computer Sciences will be preferred.

SQA Engineer

- Natural drive towards perfection and excellence
- Working knowledge in following Technical areas;
- Software Engineering Concepts, Methodologies and practices
- Software Quality Control and Assurance concept
- Test plans, Test Cases Database management systems
- Software Configuration Management
- Object oriented Programming and design
- ISO and CMMI knowledge will be a plus
- Knowledge of Testing tools will be a plus
- Should have some idea about, Load Testing, Stress Testing and Performance Testing

Qualification & Experience: 

- Minimum 1 years of Hands on Experience on above mentioned skills. 

- BCS/BS in Computer Sciences, B.E in Computer Engineering-MCS/MS in Computer Sciences will be preferred.
