Manager Micro-Segmentation at Telenor - Islamabad

Responsible to drive the Micro-segmentation function within the organization. Management and development of Micro-segmentation within all segments and products. Expected to work in close co-ordination with stake holders; units for which his team is running campaigns as well as support units for implementing campaigns. His/her role is to support internal customers in achieving their respective KPIs. Responsible for smooth implementation of Micro-segmentation campaigns.

- Experience Required: 4-5 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Micro-segmentation strategy & roadmap and align it with organizational KPIs.
- Promote the utilization of Micro-segmentation as a strategic tool for retention and ARPU enhancement.
- Ensure that a plan is developed /agreed with every internal customer to support its KPIs.
- Ensure end to end smooth implementation of the campaigns as per plan.
- Ensure development/improvement in systems and processes for campaign implementation and ensure that they are followed.
- Introduce internal audits to ensure quality in implementation.
- Ensure proper tracking / reporting of campaigns, budgets.
- Ensure post campaign analysis is done to the satisfaction of the stakeholders.
- Manage, develop, and maintain productive relationships with internal customers and partners.
- Develop and lead the Micro-segmentation team inculcating concepts of delegation of authority, responsibilities and ownership.

- Advanced knowledge of telecom products, and industry highly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong skills with spreadsheet, word document and presentation software (preferably Microsoft Office)
- Ensure execution of activities in time, with predefined level of quality.
- Achieve performance in accordance with corresponding KPIs
