- The incumbent will actively participate in undergraduate and graduate training programme from reputable institution and possess FCPS Intercollegiate FRCS, American Board or equivalent Fellowship in their respective areas of specialization. 

- Applicants for Associate Professor should have at lest 8 years of teaching / research experience in an HEC recognized University or a postgraduate institution, with 3 years post-terminal experience of teaching, while those for Assistant Professor require at least 2 years experience as Senior Instructor / equivalent.
- Candidates possessing administrative experience and desirous to head the respective sections are encouraged to apply.
