Key Responsibilities:- Daily monitoring of the assigned BSCs/Region
- Responsible for carrying out trials at hard/soft level optimization
- Tool development for efficient use of available statistics
- Providing support to senior team members on need basis
- Drive testing of assigned BSC’s on regular basis
- Pre-launch optimization of the sites
- Responsible for rehoming activities data preparation & coordination with concern departments.
- Coordination with Operation department for hardware issues in the region.
