Relationship Officer - Contractual at Telenor, Lahore

Position Purpose:    
To handle SME clients and provide them best possible services and solutions to increase company revenue, customer retention and increase in SME subscriber base.

Degree(s)/Major(s):   
Graduation

Certification(s):   
MS Office Certification would be an additional Advantage


Experience Required:   
More than two years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Work to daily, weekly and monthly objectives and targets.
- Provide first line support to both External/Internal Customers.
- Ensure 95% collection on monthly basis
- Restrict churn in given threshold
- Ensure high Up-Selling of VAS
- Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the customer experience.
- Quality management- look for means of improving as well as promoting quality
- Flexible to work in different Shifts
- Ability to Handle different Tasks
- Responsible of High Customer Satisfaction
- Strict Adherence to company / divisional policies, plans and strategies to achieve company / divisional goal along with complete understanding of Code of conduct.
- Improve processes/policies keeping strong Inter departmental coordination
