To supervise purchasing operations and monitoring of policies and procedures to ensure that purchasing is conducted in line with the policies and procedures. Monitoring and tracking of Purchasing KPIs and reporting purchasing performance to top management.

- Degree(s)/Major(s): CA Finalist
- Certification(s): CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) (Preferred)
- Experience Required: More than 2 years

Key Responsibilities:- Monitor & supervise day to day purchasing operations and reviewing ALL purchases before approval to ensure that policy guidelines are being met.
- Performance of routine internal audits for procurement department and preparation of reports to Director Procurement as per best practice.
- Weekly reporting for Purchase Requisitions and tracking of SLA days for monitoring purchasing performance and KPI’s control.
- Preparation and implementation of policies and procedures. Ensuring local policy and practice is in line with the Group Governance requirements.
- Coordination of audits conducted by Group Internal Audit, Risk and Fraud team, Internal Audit and External Audit.
- Preparation and consolidation of Weekly and Monthly Procurement Reports and submission to CFO etc.
- Organizing weekly meetings and assisting the line manager for monitoring Progress and KPI’s, w.r.t purchasing operations
- Supervision of vendor activities.
- Preparation of progress reports, presentations and report writing
- Supervision and coordination of various tasks w.r.t Procurement Projects.

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:- Knowledge & Experience of Audit and Financial Systems
- Understanding of Audit Reporting and follow up
- Excellent in use MS Office Tools (especially excel and power point)
- Understanding of Oracle Financials (or relevant ERPs)
