Assistant Manager Quality Assurance – Karachi
Job Content:
- Plan & arrange line and final quality inspections and daily operations of department.
- Root causes analysis and counter measures
- To establish, update and maintain QMS / records - To establish, implement, monitor and maintain yearly quality plan
- Assessment and control of non-conforming products including customer complaints
- To set, maintain and ensure high and consistent quality through systematic quality check, standards and system
- To focus on customer audits and internal / external audits,
- To coordinate and conduct training of staff of QA department.
- To Implement ISO procedure and compliance of ISO certification
Personal Profile:
- Education: B.E. (Mechanical), preferably MS (Mechanical Engineering).
- Experience: 10-15 years, Related to Automotive Industry
- Min. Age: 40-45 Years
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of ISO System and procedure
- Problem solving capabilities are necessary
