ORACLE TECHNO FUNCTIONAL RESOURCES – Oracle Applications (E Business suite)

This individual will form part of Oracle Applications support teams on mission critical maintenance, support and enhancements for clients using Oracle E-Business Suite. This role will provide daily production break/fix support and also assist with enhancements to the Oracle modules. Deep Functional experience is required across Oracle modules. Project Management tasks, including managing team and overall support plans, and managing functional/technical (development, system test, interfaces) teams during enhancements.

Responsibilities:
• 4+ Years of demonstrable, hands-on experience with customizing, extending, developing, and configuring Oracle E-Business Suite applications
• Working experience on Oracle Financials, General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Payable, iExpense, Purchasing, iProcurement, HFM, etc.
• Understands Oracle EBS data model and integration points between various application modules
• Understanding of Oracle Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning and Supply chain modules.
• Experience with R-I-C-E (Reports-Integrations-Conversions-Extensions) design and development
• Ability to define, plan, design, estimate, and execute technical project deliverables, including directing the work tasks of subordinate project team members
• Ability to analyze business problems and offer solutions utilizing Oracle products
• Involved with at least 1 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle EBS applications
• In-depth understanding of the concurrent manager and associated concurrent requests from various application modules
• Ability to trouble-shoot Oracle EBS application issues and provide solutions in an efficient and timely manner
• Heavily experienced with Oracle development products (Forms, Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, OAF, XML Report, Work Flow)
• Good experience on business objects.
• Experience with offshore development and support models with Oracle EBS applications.

Required Skills:
• Oracle Certification (i.e. Oracle Certified Professional)
• Oracle EBS upgrade experience (i.e. 11i to R12)
• Experience with other development tools such as C, Java, XML, HTML
• Oracle Business Intelligence tools
• Experience with Data Warehouses / Data Marts

Desired Skills:
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• Excellent leadership, written communication, oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of leading teams to success (on time, on budget and with desired results)
• Experience or knowledge in the interaction between various Oracle Modules

Minimum Educational Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a business or information system field
• Masters degree desired
