Job for Territory Sales Supervisor at Telenor, Larkana

Overview 
To effectively manage the franchise channel and maximize sales volume in assigned territory
Reports To: Regional Manager Sales & Distribution
Work Location: Larkana
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years (Preferably Telco or FMCG experience)

Key Responsibilities
•To boost up the SIM sales of the assigned franchisee.
•Ensure to gain complete product knowledge.
•To gather Market Intelligence information on regular basis.
•To ensure availability of the product on all active retail outlets in the region.
•To continuously increase the active number of retail outlets in the region.
•To ensure that the franchise staff is trained on Product knowledge, Systems, Routines & Procedures and soft skills.
•To ensure that the customers are registered within 7 days of sales by sending complete documents to CRD Lahore.
•To guide franchisees in order to ensure efficient services to all retail outlets.
•To monitor KPIs of the franchises

Education/Professional Qualification: Graduate

Skills required:
Leadership skills
Good planning and organizing skills
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
Teambuilding skills
Excellent computer knowledge
Knowledge on corporate culture and values

Other Criteria:
•To ensure that sales targets of the assigned franchises are met.
•Ensure Daily & weekly stock covers of Sims at the franchises in line with its targets
•To ensure that the Product Update Information is communicated to franchise as and when it comes
•To ensure effective implementation of company polices (franchise, and retail Marketing)
•Joint Visit with RM S&D, TME & Franchisee to the retail market on regular basis
•To ensure the best standards of visibility at franchises and retail market
•To ensure that Telenor standards of house keeping, availability and visibility are met at all franchises, retail outlets
