Search Engine Optimization Engineers/coders
Required Skills ( Required for the Manager as well)
+ Marketing campaigns, specializing in both Organic and algorithmic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
+ Knowledge of the major search engine algorithm and ranking systems
+ Expert level understanding in all aspects of Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN Adcenter
+ Excellent Web Analytics skills.
+ Extensive experience in the development of search engine friendly sites.
+ Highly proficient in SEO software and tools.
+ Excellent knowledge of PHP and ASP technologies and development.
+ language skills: Copy and word skills
+ knowledge of search engine optimization boosters (optimizing html elements and page properties)
+ keywords strategies (development of keyword(s) and phrases list, implementation of keywords list)
Two to three years of experience is required for the engineers/coders and Managers should have five to six years of relevant experience.
