Job Title: Executive Testing
Job Location: Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi
Department: Planning and Implementation

Job Responsibilities:
  • • Conducting Pre Installation surveys for BTS sites 
  • • Keeping a track for all the ongoing Telecom Installation which include Rectifier, DG set, Transformers DAP and MW. 
  • • Keeping a record of the Installation, Conduct Offline / Online testing for Rectifiers. 
  • • Installation / Commissioning and Testing of Wimax Ran and MW equipment. 
  • • Develops and implements standards, procedures, and processes for the deployment of Ran Entities. 
  • • Performing Acceptance of Ran entities 
  • • Co-ordination with inter departments for ongoing activities in live/ offline network. 
  • • Co-ordination with vendors for deployment issues. 
  • • Working on trouble ticket generated of troubleshooting problem in live / offline entities. 
  • • Ensuring Deployment standard of Ran entities according to the specification. 
  • • Installation commissioning and acceptance of DG Set. 
  • • Having sound experience in resolving power distribution, Interface looping, Ac and DC current distribution problems. 
  • • Providing solution for the power related issues. 
  • • Execution of tasks & implementation plans related to Radio Access Network as assigned by line management 
  • • WiMAX Network (Including WiMAX & DC Power equipment) Testing & Acceptance on regional level as per agreed criteria. 
  • • Assist the Lead Testing for network related activities. 
  • • Weekly / monthly Progress Reporting. 

Job Requirement:
  • • Must have sound knowledge of Networking, Telecommunication 
  • • Must have good knowledge of telecommunication. 
  • • Must have hand on experience for the Installation, Testing and Acceptances of Ran entities ( BTS , Rectifies and MW ) 
  • • 2 years experience in Implementation / Deployment ideally BSS and MW 
  • • Experience with managing testing in live network where outages are major concern. 
  • • Experience in handling / Interacting with vendors for deployment related issues 
  • • Prepare written reports 
  • • Write and speak clearly, concisely, and convincingly 
  • • Maintain effective working relationships with build and operations personnel 
  • • Communicate and negotiate with vendors 
  • • Work under pressure effectively, prioritize and program, problem solving
