JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: BPO Operator
Department: BPO Export
Reports to: Assistant Manager BPO
Responsibilities:
Perform tasks assigned efficiently and accurately
Be aware of processes related to individual workload and ensure observance of related processes
Be aware of safety and security processes in place and work in accordance with the letter and spirit of the related processes
Ensure that confidentiality agreements are honored and respected
Work to maintaining a professional, clean and healthy working environment
Carry out instructions of supervisory staff with respect to workload
Qualification and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Professional training in area of specialization preferred but can be provided in-house
At least 1 year in related work
Technical skills:
Alphanumeric Typing
MS-Office
Management / Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to work in a team
Basic English language skills
English Comprehension skills
Ability to work to targets
Gross Salary:
