Experience: 5 to 7 years experience at a leading position in QA & Product Development systems in any leading FMCG company

Job Responsibilities:

-Development of Quality Assurance, Hygiene, Health Safety & Environment strategy. Standardization of Policies and Procedures/ SOPs

-Team development / training on systems / SOPs and execution of the same in relevant areas of Supply Chain
-Special focus on Supplier Performance Standards Development & monitoring the same.
-Monitoring quality system's performance and improve standards accordingly
-Develop and execute Inventory Management, Product Handling and storage, FIFO and Shrinkage standards
-Develop a Quality mindset among all concerned areas through trainings & awareness campaigns
