- The person considered for selection will have the following profile.
- Preferred age-group: 35-40 years
- Educational background: MBA from chartered university
- Experience : Should have 13-15 years of sales management experience in the FMCG (preferably packaged foods) industry, of which at least 8 years should be at a senior-level sales management position. He will have a track record of successfully managing trade and institutional sales in Pakistan’s major cities.
- Develop and expand our institutional customer base in the packaged foods business.
- Manage a sales force effectively to meet trade and institutional sales targets consistently.
- Sound practical knowledge of consumer and trade marketing with demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Proven ability in launching new FMCG products at national level.
