Degree(s)/Major(s): B.Sc Engg/MSc/BCS (Communication/EE/Computers)
Experience Required: 2 or more years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface towards the customer departments to provide them assistance, resolve their issues and educate them on their needs related to IN in order to avoid escalations and ambiguities.
- Follow-up on day to day IN issues for quick resolution
- Ensure timely and efficient deliveries of projects related to IN services domain
- Supervision of ongoing operational issues, planned activities, upgrades and patches.
- Testing and Troubleshooting of issues identified in commercial campaigns.
- Responsible for identifying and resolving issues related to Revenue Assurance.
- Participation in projects related to new services and features in order to ensure its clean operations
- Experience in a similar position handling IN related jobs, preferably with NSN IN product line.
- Knowledge and work experience of GSM system, call set-up & signalling protocols.
- Goal oriented with focus on deliverables
- Well structured approach in tackling work assignments
- Ability to work independently under demanding situations.
- Strong co-operative & interpersonal skills (relationship builder)
- Direct and open communication.
- Should be able to handle heavy work load effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Result oriented
- Knowledge and work experience of UNIX system.
