Essential Requirements:
- Telecom or related Engineering degree (because of the technical nature of the customer services)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Zero to about two years work experience
- This position is responsible for the daily response to all e-mails and calls that come from clients.
- Must provide the highest levels of customer service and problem resolution to all company customers.
- Must develop and maintain thorough knowledge of all services and systems.
- Must take ownership of the customer issue/question, conduct research, engage management in other business units as needed and maintain contact with the customer throughout the process.
