- This job is mainly focused towards managing POS material, trade events and activities for supporting the regional postpaid channels in the smooth execution of operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing BTL campaign & Activities (on going basis) and execution of the same for Post-paid Channels
- Responsible for developing POS material for Post-paid channels
- Responsible for maintaining Stock of all postpaid related POS material across postpaid channels
- Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to POS and GIVE AWAYS (Sales enabling Material)
- Responsible for Managing & Planning Trade Marketing Budget for Postpaid Unit
- Responsible for finalizing processes and SOP’S for all postpaid related material demand and supply.
- Preparing a report on all Postpaid material and usage
- Responsible for achieving all targets/KPI’s set by the department
- A strict adherence to company/divisional policies, plans and strategies to achieve company/divisional goal along with complete understanding of Code of Conduct
- Responsible for contributing to manage team objectives through team work
- Responsible for Participating in all team meetings and team building/Motivational exercises on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Manage the hygiene & a clean overall work environment
