Manager Administration Services
Reporting to:Manager Human Resource and Administration
Job Description
Provide transport / food services to internal staff
Facilitate internal employees with a service oriented attitude
Ensure safety and maintenance of capital assets
Manage events as per need
Handle travel, general support services, arrangement of office meetings and protocol issues
Mange and supervise the services of support staff (Tea boys / drivers)
Ensure timely receipt and payment of monthly bills from the regular vendors of South Region
Maintain proper inventory of the office stationery with efficient control system
The ideal candidate should
Hold a MBA degree
Have minimum 5 years of Customer Services experience
Have proven record of strong work ethics and high level of integrity

Job Description
Manage lay out and office renovation assignments based on given requirements
Conduct site survey & supervise Admin build out projects
Supervise Genset operations at regional office
Handle office repair and maintenance related issues
Manage verification & quantity survey of build out projects
Conduct technical survey come up with resolution proposals for office electrical and civil work issues.
The ideal candidate should:
Hold an MBA degree
Have minimum 5 years of facilities management experience in industries like hospitality/ banking
Have proven record of strong work ethics and high level of integrity
