Candidate must possess artistic ability and creative thinking for designing eye-catching and effective graphics. Should be able to come up with designs for layouts and concepts, and must be able to create visual images that engage, attract and sell. Organized, quick, dedicated to deadlines, must be able to work under pressure and willing to put extra hours when needed, must be self-motivated. Excellent written, verbal, communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are a core requirement.

» Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Free Hand
» Flash MX (Action Script)
» Dream Weaver (Expert in HTML, DHTML, Style Sheets and JavaScript)

Minimum one year experience in Web-based graphic design or web interface design and Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art or related field or equivalent academic and work experience is required.
