MNP Specialist

• Responsible to provide all support to the regional team for achieving regional business goals
• Degree(s)/Major(s): MBA/BBA preferably with IT orientation
• Experience Required: 3 years relevent experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving the monthly MNP sales targets by coordinating with franchise staff and Territory sales Supervisors.
- To provide back end support to all the franchises of the region about system related matters.
- To build the team of MNP Sales Officers at franchise level & provide training and ongoing support for boosting up MNP sales.
- To coordinate with MNP back end support team about MNP postpaid/ prepaid related matters and reports.
- Visit to retail market & Franchises in assign territory.
- Visit Corporate offices & do stall activities & personal selling for MNP Port ins.
- Give general market feedback to RD on day to day matters.
- Suggest for any changes in the market related policies & procedures.
- Keep an eagle on on competition and tracking all fraudulent activities.
- MNP sales promo planning and execution to boost MNP sales.
- Responsible for reporting (reports regarding overall port in, port outs, issues, performance etc).
- Responsible for problem escalation to IT/Other operators
- Responsible for inter-operator coordination
- Responsible for problem escalation & follow up


Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Excellence in MS Office
- Must posses analytical skills
- Problem solving initiative
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills required
