HR Manager - Karachi

Our Client, a well known IT Company with office in US, Lahore & Karachi, is urgently looking for 

HR Manager 
for their Karachi Office.
  • Qualification : MBA (HR) or relevant qualification 
  • Experience : 04-5 years
  • Salary Package : Excellent Salary package.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Selection process specifically for IT Professionals.
  • Conducting Orientation program for new employees
  • Getting continuous feedback on employee performance through team leads/managers on regular basis and conducting Performance Review Sessions
  • Looking after employee payroll, compensation and benefits
  • Coordinating with teams as liaison for different projects
  • Handling employee grievances
  • Formulating HR policies and strategies while closely working with the Management
  • Maintaining employee files and documents
  • Developing and retaining the right staff needed to meet these objectives
  • Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
  • Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels.
  • Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff.
  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers. 
  • Candidates having 1-2 years experience working in IT or software Company OR in HR managing IT staff in a larger Companies (e.g bank) are preferred.
