• Developing and implementing marketing programs like promotions, package deals, offers, price offs, product launches etc. for the internal marketing and sales force and retail staff.
• Developing all POS material like product brochures, flyers, posters etc. for all marketing programs & sales promotions.
• Drafting content for website, periodically updating website and maintaining the website on a regular basis.
• Developing & implementing strategies to develop business in the Education Segment targeting universities and other educational institutions.
• Developing business from parallel segments like parlors, boutiques, households etc.
• Conducting a cost/benefit analysis of all promotions and offers and updating the management on the same.
• Making power point presentations on all marketing programs and initiatives inclusive of the concept, mechanics, cost, estimated sales and execution to the management and other marketing and sales persons.
• Obtaining product information from websites and other sources and disseminating the same to other marketing and sales persons.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience of 3+ years.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good command in MS Office, Internet & Email
• Excellent in preparing attractive presentations on Power Point and other presentation tools.
