- She / he will be responsible for academic, research and administration matters and ideally should have:-
- A clear understanding of the vision, mission, values, organization and traditions of a forward looking public sector University.
- Excellent organizational, management, leadership and team building qualities and skills.
- Ability to develop, implement and upgrade academic, R&D and administrative strategies on behalf of NUST/ SCME. Should have knowledge of international and national Programmes in related field and be able to undertake MOUS / collaborative arrangements with national and international universities and concerned Govt departments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- PhD in Chemical / Material / petroleum Engineering from HEC recognized University.
- Minimum 10 years post Doctoral Exposure & experience preferably 5 years in teaching and 5 yeas in R&D and Academic Administration in an Organization / University of international repute.
- Minimum 12 ISI indexed research publications.
