QA Related job Description
Responsible for all aspects of managing the testing activity including (but not limited to)

• Quality advocate to senior management and development.
• Resource allocation planning, scheduling and assignment
• Software test plans, including test suites and cases
• Regression, Integration, system and user acceptance testing
• Track and report on testing activities per product and project, including testing case results, code coverage, defects discovered and their status, defect trends, performance baselines, etc.
• Responsible for the hardware and software required for software test.
• Escalate project related issues (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Software Director / Project Manager.
• Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes and procedures for testing is established as per standards defined by the organization. 
• Identify Training requirements (Technical and Soft skills) and work with the software director to schedule training.
• Own the hand-off to the support organization – user documentation, release package, training, etc.
• Demonstrate Requirements Traceability for test scenarios and test cases.
• Provide status reports as required for communicating testing progress to project and management team.
• Demonstrate flexibility when presented with ambiguity in fast changed environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills for increasing knowledge domains and capacities.
• Willingness to get hands wet as required to perform hands-on tasks. 
• Apply Risk Based Testing techniques to ensure the best use of testing resources and testing time. 
• Assist in performing any applicable maintenance to tools used in Testing and resolve issues if any.

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science/Software Engineering.

- Should be self motivated and self starter
- Should be able to understand the problems of the clients and make them understand the solutions.
- Should have good communication skills in English.
- Should be well versed with Microsoft .Net (C#) developing platform.
- Should be well versed with MS SQL Server
- Proficient in object oriented programming
- SQL Server Reporting
- Distributed technologies e.g. Web Services
- Experience of software development using Agile development processes is desired.
- Experience of using design patterns is desired.
