Executive Coordinators - Islamabad

We are looking for two 

Executive Coordinators 
for a large multinational telecom company.
  • Sector: Telecom
  • Company Type: Large Multinational Telecom Company
  • Salary: Position 1: Rs. 165,000 Max – based on candidate profile
  • Position 2: Rs. 80,000 Max -- based on candidate profile
Essential Requirements (same for both positions):
- Gender: Female
- Experience: About 2 to 5 years (or more) work experience
- Recent experience as Executive Coordinator (or Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, Office Manager, Admin Executive etc) -- working in an office support role, closely with senior company official (CEO, President, MD, VP, Director, etc)
- Recent experience working with Large Multinational Companies, International Organizations, International NGOs, Foreign Donors, or similar organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Refined, elegant personality

Scope of work:
- Functions related to office management, administration, and coordination.
- Concurrently, the position requires Executive Secretary office functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
 
Required Skills:
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent command over MS Office and computer skills.

Preferred Education: 
Bachelors degree qualification or above
