Call Center Agent - Lahore

Duties & Responsibilities :
- To Provide trouble shooting, technical support, Product Information to the customers landing on Contact Center ensuring that their issues are resolved swiftly and professionally in the line with agreed service levels. - Register all the complaints, queries and suggestions of customers in the System, take complaints when needed and to avoid unnecessary complaint logging.
- A CSE must update him/herself regarding the products/ policies, to provide customers with accurate and reliable services.

The job holder requires certain level of accuracy. Errors made by the job holder will be noticed and would have some impact on the Organization image.
- Amazing communication skills (English /Urdu), Inter-personal & Negotiation Skills
- Computer literate

Job Requirements :
- Academic & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree

Skills/Competencies:
- Impressive communication skills, Inter-personal & Negotiation Skills
- Computer literate
- Similar experience would be preferred
