Managing Director Required in PEF - Lahore

Punjab Education Foundation(PEF)is an autonomous organization, established by Government of Punjab, to promote quality education a( affordable costs through public-private partnership. PEF seeks a dynamic, ambitious and highly committed professional with leadership qualities to plan, develop and implement organizational initiatives for achieving the goals of PEF.

Qualification:
Ph. D. degree in Social Sciences or Masters degree in Public Policy/ Administration, Business Administration, Development, Operations Management from HEC recognized University
Age: 40-55 Years

The ideal candidate should have:
  • Work experience of 10 Years in case of Ph. D. or 12 years in case of Masters degree in the development or governance sector/s with demonstrated leadership ability.
  • In-depth knowledge of the functioning of public sector and deep understanding of public policy, public administration and governance issues in Pakistan.
  • Demonstrable experience in program development, management and coordination. b Experience of handling multilateral /bilateral donor funded projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, English writing and communication skills, proven interest in transferring knowledge, ability to listen and to inspire.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and project management software such as MS-Project.
The appointment will be on contract basis tot a period of three years, extendable on the basis of good performance. The post carries competitive market salary package along with perks.
