- Maintaining files and documents.
- Collecting and dispatching documents of Dealers,Vendors, Head Office and other Area Offices * Guide guests of executives to the location as advised. * Attend the vendors and dealers and guide them to their respective destinations. * Record keeping of calls and also maintenance of reception area etc.
- Good command over Urdu and English languages.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office. * Should be prompt, speedy & confident.
- Should be able to handle all calls and reception area independently.
