Essential requirements:

• About 10 – 15 years of experience of banking operations experience required
• Experience of managing operations at regional level
• Microfinance banking experience preferred
• Audit experience preferred
• Preferred: Regional Head of Operations for Foreign and Local Banks only
• Scope of work: Oversee banking operations, cash, tellers, reporting etc, General ledger management, State Bank reporting
