- Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering with 10 years of relevant experience:
- Sound Knowledge & experience of building architectural designing and design management.
- Sound Knowledge of International and local building codes & related regulations applicable to projects.
- Command over management & review of design development, material specifications, bill of quantities & Engineer Estimate in compliance with applicable building codes & related regulations.
- Handle routine & sensitive inquiries from & contacts with consultants/contractors & other governmental representatives.
- Experience of managing engineering teams.
