Data Base Architect 

At least 3 years of experience in database designing, expert level knowledge of ER diagrams and DB design strategy. Will be responsible for managing meta-data in DBMS, and determining data structures.

Database Administrator

At least 4 years of experience in core database administration, excellent knowledge of SQL server 2005 or 2008.

Software Developer

At least 4 years of development experience in C#, SQL, Asp.net, XML. Additional knowledge of Silver light will be a plus.

Web Designer: 

Minimum three years of web design or programming or equivalent experience. Preferred experience should include JavaScript; the .NET framework; ASP or ASP.NET; HTML and XSL, XML.

Business Systems Analyst: 

At least 3 years of extensive experience at position of Business systems Analyst, excellent communication skills to ensure a liaison between developers and end-users. PMP certification / knowledge of project management will be a plus.
