Experience Required: 2-4 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all requests and incidents on Fusion Middleware system
- Conduct requirement analysis and solution design
- Setup of configuration of the Fusion Middleware system
- Test and release management of the MW system
- Develop and maintain new and existing functionality and the related documentations
- Change control and quality assurance of changes done by the customer to: Work processes, Interfaced systems
- Provide and support the business with knowledge and estimates around development of the middleware solutions
- Monitor and ensure all targets and KPI’s are met to secure the set goals

1.Have good communication skills and Proficiency in English.

3.Solution oriented and has strong analytical skills.
4.Be experienced in coordinating many parties of interest in the intersection between business and IT
