Sales & Customer Services Officer (Contractual) at Telenor - Quetta

Position Purpose: 
To ensure that state of the art customer service is provided to all customers. Work as a team player in a harmonized manner.
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors
  • Experience Required: Relevant experience would be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer service related activities are being done with in bench marked time.
- Achieving the S&CS monthly revenue targets.
- Do the suggestive selling to the visiting subscribers .
- Ensuring top of the line customer relationship management.
- Adhere to administration requirements and discipline at the S&CS.
- Working as a team player in a harmonized manner.

- Good communication ability especially listening skills
- Interactive personality with relationship building ability
