This is a senior management position and the person to be appointed shall have full executive powers to run, superintend and effectuate day to day operations, administration and general management.

- Well versed with international best practices of corporate governance and international financial standards
- Extensive working experience in an administrative capacity in a financial institution, investment bank or any other similar institution in the securities business.
