Development Manager: 1 Position
Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Web product development experience in particular with large volume of data and content.
  • Deep understanding of the .NET Framework and C# language
  • Solid OO design skills.
  • Solid experience with CSS, HTML, AJAX, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Agile development processes and practices
  • Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • A passion for high quality results.
  • Very high productivity and effective time management.
  • Ability to accurately estimate tasks and track team work.
  • Must have ability to plan, organize, delegate and control work
  • Ability to communicate accurate status to senior managers.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: BSE/BCS/BE/BS-MCS/MS
  • Experience: 6+ Years of managing Application Design & Development. (Certifications/ Trainings/ Experience on supply chain management applications will be a plus.)

Senior SQA Engineer: 1 Position
Responsibilities:

  • Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans and other QA assessments.
  • Establishes standards and best practices for QA Process.
  • Develops automated/manual testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data set.
  • Ensures that all items follow the change management process and are entered and tracked through the change management software.
  • Works directly with BA personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach of software development projects.
  • Act as a consultant on quality methods, processes, and tools.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Manages assigned projects from IT Quality Testing through final User Acceptance Testing.
  • Track and report defects using appropriate tools..

Requirements:

  • Qualification: BSE/BCS/BE/BS-MCS/MS
  • Experience: 3-5 Years of Desktop/ Web-based Application Design & Development. (Certifications/ Trainings/ Automation Testing and experience on supply chain management applications will be a plus.)

Software Engineer: 1 Position
Responsibilities:

  • Develop software, write code and do low level analysis of the module given to them.
  • Perform unit testing of the source code produced.
  • To understand the requirements fully before converting it to source code.
  • Fix errors generated after bugs raised and issued.
  • Programming skills in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX.
  • MS Certification and experience on developing Insurance applications will be a plus.
  • Database Programming (Stored Procedures, T-SQL) with MS SQL Server 2005 or later.
  • Analytical Skills with Good level of Communication and Presentation Skills.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: BSE/BCS/BE/BS-MCS/MS
  • Experience: 1-4 Years of Desktop/ Web-based Application Design & Development. (Certifications/ Trainings/ Experience on supply chain management applications will be a plus.)
