The selected candidate will be based in Islamabad and report to the Manager Technical and sales support MEA in Dubai and will have regional support responsibilities for Middle East and Africa. Job Description:

- Bid receiving and reviewing/ Technical Qualifications
- After sales procedures / RMA procedures
- Onsite technical support

Following Pre-requisites are a must:
- Good technical skills and DC power Product knowledge.
- Excellent English – both written and oral.
- A team player who can work independently and with minimum supervision.
- Well versed with MS office Drawing and Engineering tools
- Product sizing/product Selection/Cost Estimation
- Product Souring/Ordering
- Customer Training
- Have an electrical trade or engineering background.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Should be ready to live and work anywhere in the region.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage
