HR Coordinator at Wavetec - Karachi

- To assist in recruitment function for short listing of resumes, coordinating interviews, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interviews and maintaining a file for resumes.
- To prepare and regularly update interview schedule and status.
- To prepare and regularly update excel sheet for short listed candidates.
- To prepare and regularly update employee records sheet.
- To maintain personnel files and update the files regularly, with status of the employee e.g. Confirmed, Probationary, Promoted etc
- To assist in organizing soft-skills trainings, either In-House or Out-House.
- To initiate with ideas for developing management skills of our employees and suggest new strategies for continuously enhancing our employee satisfaction level.
- To co-ordinate with Marketing team and take initiatives for Employer Branding and helping Wavetec become Employer of choice.
- Other special projects as assigned by HR Associate from time to time.

Requirements:
BBA – Human Resource management
- Fresh Graduate
- At least internship experience in HR Function
- Effective communication skills
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- Positive can do attitude
- Well developed understanding of HR concepts
