Geotechnical Engineers: 

B.Sc/M.Sc Civil Engineering with 1-2 years experience in Geotechnical Engineering.

Geological Engineers: 

B.Sc/M.Sc Geological Engineering with 1-2 years experience in Tunnels, required specifically for the Neelum-Jhelum Hydroelectric Power Project.

Junior Engineers: 

B.Sc Civil Engineering (fresh Graduates with 80% and above marks) having interest in Geotechnical Engineering and ready to work in hard field conditions.

Environmental Engineers:

• Fresh or Experienced B.Sc Civil Engineers having 805 or above Marks, with M.Sc in Environmental Engineering.
• B.Sc Civil engineering having at least 5 years experience in the field or Environment.
• B.Sc Environmental Engineering 80% or above marks, preferably having M.Sc Environmental Engineering.

Remote Sensing Analyst:

M. Sc Space Sciences/GIS degree having 2 years experience in the field of GIS & Remote Sensing.

Inspectors/Surveyors: 

3 years Diploma in Associate Engineering (Civil) having at least one year experience in tunnels, required Specifically for Neelum-Jhelum Hydroelectric Power Project.

Water Resource Division:

Construction Managers:
B. Sc Civil Engineering having 25 years experience or M. Sc Hydraulic/Irrigation engineering having 20 years experience in Construction Management.

Chief Resident Engineers: 

B. Sc Civil Engineering having 20 years experience or M. Sc Hydraulic/Irrigation engineering having 15 years experience as Resident Engineer.

Resident Engineers: 

B. Sc Civil Engineering having 15 years experience or M. Sc Hydraulic/Irrigation engineering having 10 years experience as resident Engineer.

Contract/Claim Experts: 

B. Sc Civil Engineering having 20 years experience or M. Sc Water Resources/Irrigation Engineering having 15 years experience as Contract/Claim Expert.

Measurement Engineers: 

B. Sc Engineering having 10-15 years experience as Measurement Engineer for Construction Contracts.

Waters Resources Engineering: 

B. Sc civil engineering/Agricultural Engineering with M.Sc/Ph.D in Water Resources/soil & Water/Hydrology/Groundwater from foreign universities having more than 15 years experience.

Principal Hydraulic Design Experts: 

B. Sc Civil Engineering with M.Sc Hydraulic & Irrigation or water resources/ Irrigation Engineering having 10-15 years of experience as Hydraulic Design Engineer.

Senior Hydraulic Design Engineers: 

B.Sc Civil Engineering or M.Sc Hydraulic & Irrigation or Water Resources engineering having 5-10 years experience as Hydraulic Design Engineer.

Junior Engineers: 

B. Sc Civil Engineering preferably having one year experience. The above positions from Sr. No. 1 to 5 are for a project at DG Khan, Rajanpur and Dera Bugti.

Barrage Design Expert: 

M.Sc (Preferably Ph.D) in the field of Civil Engineering/Water Resources Engineering or equivalent having at least 20 yeas experience in Water resources planning and for Barrage Works, required specifically for a foreign project in Bangladesh. 

The candidate must have:

• Expertise in the design of barrages & hydraulic structures.
• Wide experience as Project Manager/Team Leader in Multinational river basin projects.
• Expertise in the management of International projects and team building.
• Expertise in the integrated water resources management.
