Locum Consultant Paediatric Hospitalist.
The appointee will provide expertise in the day to day management of children with cancer and will work closely with Paediatric Oncologists towards a common goal of improving the outcome of cancer treatment for children at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre. The appointee will be expected to participate actively in teaching and training programmes for junior doctors in the department of Paediatric Oncology and also to liaise closely with Surgeons and Physicians in other specialties as well as with other staff within the hospital.
Those wishing to apply must be in possession of one of the following:
- MRCP/MRCPCH/American Boards in Paediatrics with 3 year post membership/fellowship experience
- FCPS in Paediatrics

As part of its mission statement, the hospital is committed to train medical and allied health professionals and is recognized by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan for training in a number of disciplines. The hospital has a team of UK and US trained physicians who provide state of the art diagnostic, treatment and support facilities to its cancer patients
