- Qualification: MA/MBA/MPA in Human Resource Management from an accredited university.
- Experience: Civil qualified individuals/Military Officers (Retd). Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in a large scale organization. Should be well versed in latest HR developments, tools and techniques.
- Age: Max 53 years.
