·Getting directions from the team lead to develop and execute requirements
· Work with project management and development staff to plan and execute large-scale technical projects
· Translate business and technical requirements into logical and physical designs
· Communicate both within the team and with the client to analyze and solve problems
· Author and review formal analysis and technical design documentation
· Be able to multi-task various things
· Be a team player and be able to manage team dynamics
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
· At least 1-2 years of .NET development experience involving Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS 2007), web applications, web services and portals.
· Good communication skills are expected since you will be dealing directly with the clients on a daily basis.
· Experienced in all phases of project life cycle
· Proficiency with AJAX, HTML, ASP.NET, C#, and XML Web Services development
· Web UI design and usability skills a must
