Job Responsibilities:
The ideal Candidate should have Technical plus Commercial experience :
· Identifying new areas of concentration i.e. new territories, new products, and new services within the Solutions product domain.
· Developing the Business Plan for market entry and expansion of existing products and services
· Conducting product research
· Product identification
· Product development in coordination with Engineering and IT
· Defining product SOPs and processes
· Defining product specifications
· Product testing in coordination with Engineering and IT
· Product Life Cycle Management
· Developing and managing the strategic relationships
· Liasoning with project management, engineering and service delivery teams so that projects lifecycle is well managed
· Liasoning with sales group and ensuring that all the proposals are submitted in time and according to the set requirements of the client
· Liasoning with the marketing team for marketing and media campaigns
· Managing the Corporate Profile both internationally and within Pakistan
· Developing overall product plan and strategy
· Responsible for Product P&L
· Defining sales procedures for each product
· Training of all sales channels, partners and CSRs with training team
· Conducting seminars, exhibitions and trade shows with Marketing Services
· Developing product FAQs for Sales and Support divisions
· Overall responsibility of product life cycle management and P&L
· Brand Management
· Conducting market research with Marketing Services
· Defining brand guidelines for the product
· Defining brand positioning
· Should have experience of attending International Exhibitions and Conferences

Software: Business Process Management (BPM) Solutions, Content Management solutions, Document Management solutions etc.
Hardware: Large Format Printers, Scanners, Color Laser, Fax etc.
