- B.E/ BSc Engineering in Civil Discipline from a university recognized by HEC and membership of PEC
- Maximum Age Limit: 32 years

- Recruitment to the above post will be made on all Pakistan basis and the incumbents can be transferred/ posted to any place in Pakistan.
